Revelation
I searched and searched, but couldn’t find
Contentment or real peace of mind.
My soul cried out in darkness and fear
For the truth of God and to feel him near.
Then God in his mercy reached down from above,
And revealed in a moment his wonderful love.
Through Jesus the Master I’m saved by his grace,
And know that some day I shall look on his face.
No more will I search, for my soul has been fed...
Never to wander, by him I am led.
"By grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:
it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast."
(Ephes.2:8-9)
