A Soul Mate

 

We meet the One for Whom we’ve searched
When entering the spiritual birth...
Then the heavenly Father blesses our life
With a soul mate here on earth.
Blessing after blessing shared,
Together as husband and wife...
Following our Lord and Saviour,
Weathering the storms of life.
Whatever trials may come our way,
However large or small,
Our God is with us every day,
Sufficient to meet them all.
As we look to Him in all we do,
Our burdens on Him to cast...
His strength will surely see us through,
And our marriage will always last.
Such a marvelous gift, this sacred bond,
Given by the Father above...
Sanctioned by His grace and power,
Infused with His great love.
Heavenly sweet communion,
Shared by woman and man.
Holy blissful union,
According to His plan.
Not merely luck,
More than just fate -
God’s divine providence...
A Soul Mate.
