Strength And Grace

 

 

Beneath our heaviest burden,
There's a strength beyond compare -
An underlying, mighty power,
Lifting the load we cannot bear.
Beneath a thorn in the flesh
That may never go away,
Is a grace that's all sufficient
To carry us through the day.
God's omnipotent hand undergirds,
As we yield within His fold,
Surrendering all to the Shepherd -
Our will under His control.
Whatever the trial or tribulation,
His Spirit is always there,
Drawing us closer to Himself,
Revealing His loving care.
Father, thank You for Strength and Grace
Provided for Your sheep.
May we completely submit to You
Our hearts and souls to keep.

 

"And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee:
for my strength is made perfect in weakness."
