Draw Me Closer

 

 

Oh God, I pray You'd draw me closer…
Closer than ever before;
Help me walk so near to the Shepherd…
That I would be seen no more.

May others see only Christ in me…
Make me pure and sanctified;
Anoint me for Your sacred service…
In my life be glorified.

Those times when I would tend to wander…
Correct me, Lord, keep me true;
My heart's desire is to be faithful…
Lord, Draw Me Closer to You.

and our bodies washed with pure water."
