Name Above All Names

 

No other name can save a soul,
Redeeming from the fall,
Only the Name of Jesus Christ…
Precious Name above all!
His Name is remembered on earth
Thru each generation;
For in it is found the new birth…
Glorious salvation!

When, in faith, we call on His Name,
His Spirit is so near;
And there is no earnest prayer, friend,
Our Savior does not hear.
When we gather in His strong Name,
He’s always in our midst,
There to commune with His people…
Praise God! What joyful bliss!

Our help is in His precious Name,
For in it there’s power;
Let us exalt His Name on high…
He is our strong tower.
Magnify the Name of Jesus,
Sing praises every day!
Not one other name is given
Whereby we must be saved.

Call on the Name Above All Names
Before it is too late;
Only the Name of Jesus Christ
Can open Heaven’s gate…
