Little Things
A little drop of rain that falls,
A little ray of sun,
A little flower that soon grows,
And we've only just begun...
The little things we see in life
Can mean the very most,
Much more than big accomplishments
Of which we often boast.
A little leaf breaks loose and falls
In such a gentle way;
A little smile can warm the heart
And brighten up our day.
A little garden means so much,
That little seed just needs God's touch;
A little faith, a little prayer...
What a big God we meet there!
"O Lord God, thou hast begun to shew thy servant thy greatness,
and thy mighty hand: for what God is there in heaven or in earth, that can do
according to thy works and according to thy might?"
