Strength in Christ
So often we limit ourselves,
Feeling inadequate and shy;
Afraid we cannot measure up,
We give up before we try...
But our strength comes from above
For the task God calls us to,
And His grace is all sufficient
For whatever we go through.
Where His Holy Spirit leads,
He'll abundantly provide;
He will meet our every need,
For He's right there by our side.
Our Lord is strong and mighty
And we're so weak and frail,
But empowered by His Spirit
We shall evermore prevail.
As our eyes are stayed on Him,
Closely following His lead,
We find our Strength in Christ...
And He's all we'll ever need!
"I can do all things through Christ which stengtheneth me."
