God, Give Us Christians!
God, give us Christians on fire for You,
With unwavering faith, tried and true...
Christians unafraid to take a stand
Against the wiles of Satan's hand;
Clothed in Your armor, ready to fight
For all that's good, sacred and right;
Christians kind, yet not willing to bend
Your precious Truth for foe nor friend,
Planted firmly on the solid Rock,
Unyielding to the tempter's knock.
Christians pure in heart and strong in mind,
Delivered from sin's chains that bind,
Mighty in Spirit and hand in hand...
Can make a difference in this land.
God, Give Us Christians!
"...be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand
