Our Shepherd
The Creator of the universe
Who put each star in place,
Is our gentle Shepherd who loves us
And saves us by His grace.
God came in the form of His own Son…
Gave Himself for His sheep.
The precious blood He shed for each one
Provides new life to reap.
Yes, the God of all heaven and earth
Condescended to man,
Making known His mercy, love, and grace,
And His salvation plan.
Oh, what a joy it is to follow
The One who makes us whole!
When Jesus Christ becomes Our Shepherd…
He satisfies the soul.
"The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want."
(Ps.23:1)
