Keep Walking

 

 

We are walking in God’s Kingdom—
Walking in His grace and love…
And every step we take, my friend,
Leads to our mansion above…
When we walk thru the high places,
He opens great rivers there…
And when we walk thru the valleys,
Fountains spring up in the air...
Keep Walking.

The circumstances may look grim
As we walk along the way…
But when our focus is on Him,
He brightens the darkest day…
He plants trees in the wilderness,
And sends rain that they may grow…
The dry desert is well watered,
We see His hand as we go…
Keep Walking.

Our God moves mountains, and stills storms,
Yet, gently touches a soul…
In love, He lifts from miry clay,
And brings His sheep in the fold…
We see His strong hand on this earth,
As we walk His righteous way…
And soon we’ll see Him face to face,
O what a glorious day! …
Keep Walking.

 

 “Looking for that blessed hope, and glorious appearing
of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ”
The Lord said: “I will open rivers in high places,
and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness
a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water…
That they may see, and know, and consider, and understand that the hand
of the LORD hath done this, and the Holy One of Israel hath created it.”
