God's Kingdom Is At Hand
God's great kingdom is entered
Right here upon the earth,
As we come to know the Saviour
In the glorious new birth.
Abundant life in Christ begins
When the Holy Seed's conceived-
Heaven comes down and joy springs up
As the Son of God's received.
Rich spiritual blessings fill our souls
Each day we serve our King,
And though all around may tumble down,
In the midst our hearts can sing.
No need to wait for the pearly gate
To rejoice in the promised land-
Hallelujah! A portion abides in us here...
God's Kingdom Is At Hand.
"The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand:
repent ye, and believe the gospel."
(Mark 1:15)
