In the House of Prayer
As we gather together in the house of prayer,
God's Holy Spirit is always there;
Let us humble ourselves and worship our King,
Hear His Word taught and joyfully sing...
In the House of Prayer.
Oh, God, forbid it ever be a den of thieves,
But holy ground where a soul receives;
Lord, may all who enter the door be aware
That Thy loving Holy Spirit's there...
In the House of Prayer.
Jesus said: "...It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer..."
