Our God is Real
God is not
a figment of the mind -
Not a mere abstraction,
Our Lord is real, and in Him we find
Complete satisfaction.
Surrendered to Christ, forgiven of sin,
His wondrous love we feel,
And as we sense His presence within…
There's no doubt, He is real!
Our loving Shepherd is always there
As we walk in His way…
His rod and staff give comfort and care,
Protecting us each day.
As we bear His holy mark and seal,
Set free and heaven bound,
Our precious Savior is, oh, so real…
His Spirit's all around.
Though skeptics may ridicule our stand,
Mocking God and His Word,
We walk on, according to His plan,
For His great Truth we've heard.
Oh, if everyone could only see
The Son of God revealed…
The love He had on that rugged tree,
They'd know…Our God is Real!
"Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends."
"The Lord he is God; there is none else beside him."
"The spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God."
