Sustained By Grace

 

 

Sustained by the power of grace divine,
Forever safe and secure,
In the very darkest hour we find…
Sufficient grace to endure.
How we long for others to know this grace,
Freely bestowed from above—
Grace that gives strength for every trial we face…
Revealing God’s wondrous love.

Had it not been for that Old Rugged Cross,
His precious grace we’d not see,
And without the resurrection of Christ…
Our souls would never be free.
Thank God for the shed blood at Calvary,
The gift of His only Son,
And for the resurrection of Jesus…
The victory has been won!

Soon we will welcome our returning King,
Coming in all His glory,
Hallelujah! Let us rejoice and sing…
Sharing the Gospel story.
Praise the Father, Son and Holy Spirit,
Worship in His Holy Place;
Oh, friend, let us give Him glory and praise…
We’re saved and Sustained By Grace.
