Worth Any Sacrifice

 

 

Christian, let us march on toward the goal,
Whatever the hardship or price,
Freedom of just one eternal soul…
Is worth any sacrifice.
Let us put on the armor of God,
Be filled with His Spirit and love,
And proceed in the battle for souls…
Till the trump sounds from above.

When we grow tired and weary, my friend,
And want to give up and retreat,
Let us count the cost and keep marching…
We cannot afford defeat.
As we consider Christ’s sufferings,
And that old Cross of Calvary,
With joy we enter into battle…
For lost souls to be set free.

Let us follow Him, taking our cross,
United, in one accord,
Willing and ready to suffer loss…
For Jesus, our precious Lord.
March on, in love, toward the goal, my friend
Whatever the hardship or price,
Freedom of just one eternal soul…
