O What a Day!

 

 

When God’s gentle voice calls us home
And He leads us through that Gate…
We will know even as we’re known,
For it’s there our loved ones wait.
Our Christian friends and family,
Who have gone on before us,
Will be there in eternity…
We’ll join their joyful chorus…
O What a Day!

No need to search for those we love,
For our Lord escorts us there…
Right into their presence above--
Reunion beyond compare!
But when this life on earth ends
And we go to that great place…
The greatest joy of all, my friends,
Will be seeing Jesus’ face...
O What a Day!
