Jesus Is Alive!

 

 

The grave could not hold our Savior…
In that tomb, He did not stay;
Seated at the Father’s right hand,
He hears every prayer we pray.
As our Shepherd and dearest Friend,
Our Lord is always right there,
Lovingly protecting His sheep…
We are ever in His care.
Jesus Is Alive!

King of all kings, our Savior reigns…
He is in the world today;
All who humbly bow before Him
Find He’s just a prayer away.
O come to Him and be made whole,
Let Him light your darkened world;
He’ll satisfy your hungry soul…
And sweet manna will unfurl.
Jesus Is Alive!

Come let us rejoice, Christian friend,
And give thanks that we are free…
Free to live and love, give and serve,
And be all He’d have us be.
Our Lord is very much alive,
O let us rejoice with glee;
One day we’ll see Him face to face…
And what a day that will be!
Jesus Is Alive!

 

 Our LORD said: “I am he that liveth, and was dead;
and, behold, I am alive for evermore”
“And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die”
