Praise Ye The Lord!

 

 

Whenever you feel downhearted,
There’s a remedy, friend,
Just lift your heart in praise to God…
Your misery will end.
As you begin to give Him praise,
You’ll sense His presence nigh…
And not one thing can keep you down,
He’ll lift your spirits high…
Praise Ye The LORD!

Give Him praise on the mountain top,
Where the sun shines so bright,
And praise Him in the deep valley…
And in the darkest night.
Oh, let us praise the LORD our God,
Lift our voices and sing…
Sing of His mercies every day,
Glorify Christ the KING…
Praise Ye The LORD!

If we fail to praise our Savior,
The stones would all cry out;
For all things created by Him
To His glory do shout.
As long as our God gives us breath,
Let’s lift our voice in praise…
And give Him glory due His Name,
As we walk in His ways…
Praise Ye The LORD!
