What a Glorious Day!

 

 

What a glorious day that will be
When the trump of God shall sound…
And we rise to meet Christ in the air…
No longer bound to this ground.
We shall see our Savior face to face,
Forevermore to be free…
Home at last in that glorious place…
Oh, what a day that will be!

Until then, let us love and serve Him
With all our heart, soul and mind…
Reaching out to a lost dying world…
While He has given us time.
As we follow the Holy Spirit,
Wherever His hand would lead…
Let us share the Light of our Savior…
That darkened souls would be freed.

What a glorious day that will be –
No more heartache, no more tears,
No more trials or suffering there,
No more fightings, no more fears –
The saints shall rejoice forevermore,
Adorned in His bright array…
Singing His praise on that peaceful shore…
Oh, What a Glorious Day!
